Applications

MTL is suitable for the fabrication and bonding of PEBAX, NYLON and PU catheters, as well as the bonding of balloons and joints. It features axial and non-stick properties, easy peeling after heat shrinkage, and also peeling after cooling. It can form catheters quickly and effectively reduce costs. It is the best alternative to replace the peelable FEP market.

  • Continuous working temperature: -40°C~110°C
  • Minimum shrinkage temperature: 70°C
  • Full shrinkage temperature: 110°C and above
  • Shrinkage temperature: 130°C~220°C(Adjust shrinkage time according to equipment and application)
