AIS-C - Economy Adhesive-Lined Heat Shrink Tubing

Applications

AIS-C uses a radiation cross-linked polyolefin outer layer and an inner layer coated with hot-melt adhesive. When heated, the outer layer shrinks tightly to form an outer protective layer, while the inner adhesive melts and flows to fill gaps, achieving excellent waterproof performance. It provides strong adhesion to various common materials such as rubber, PVC, PE, and aluminum, making it suitable for multiple applications including wire repair, waterproof sealing, and joint protection. The product is specially designed for market demands, balancing performance and cost-effectiveness. It is an ideal choice for price-sensitive markets or large-scale applications, accomplishing the advantage of both quality and efficiency.
